We are a Community from the Shepperdine,Oldbury,Thornbury and other areas of South Glos and Gloucestershire who are concerned at the potential development of a new supersized nuclear power station in Shepperdine. We are committed to the growth of our area with alternative energy and would like to see it develop as a tourism area as it has so many natural features. We believe that the current Government is unaware of the vast cost and the health risks associated with nuclear power. We urge everybody who is concerned by nuclear power and the destruction of the Vale of Berkeley to oppose these ludicrous plans.
